Today our president told me she couldn’t sign in to the website for 7728060. When she entered her name, there was no drop down box. I can login as the admin but not a member. When I go to member management,no members are listed. On agendas all roles are “assigned to deleted members “. I haven’t deleted anyone. What should I do now? Thanks
There are about 20 members in your deleted list. They will stay there for 4 weeks from the day they were deleted.
To restore them, go to membership management and select "Undelete People" in the membership tools dropdown list, then select the people to restore.
Someone with Membership Management access (Admin, President, VPM & VPPR for your website) must have somehow deleted them.
