Locked out? using forgot password/authenticate but have not recieved anything

I've been trying for the last couple of days to log in as a member. I have been able to in the past. Went to log in this week and it said wrong password, repeated process and then did forgot password but never received any email to authenticate and reset. I've tried dozens of times now and my VP E said it's possible my email is now flagged and removed.

So he said to reach out here. Any advice appreciated
