RSVP Report
3 years 5 months ago
Our club is starting to move back into in-person meetings. The company that will be hosting us requires us to provide a list of attendees prior to each meeting. I know there is an RSVP feature in FreeToastHost... does it have the capability of generating a simple list of people expected at a given meeting?
Many thanks.

Yes, run the Meeting Attendance Report for all members, starting at the date of the meeting (the report will include recorded information for that date and future dates).
Access the reports from the Meeting Reports icon at the top of the agenda

Thanks, Pam. I did see that, but was confused by the output... From your response, I guess there is no way to get an RSVP report for one specific meeting (not future meetings)? Also... I'd propose a feature whereby members signed up for roles would automatically be considered as RSVPed.
Thanks again!

As soon as a member signs up for a role or a role is assigned to them, they are assumed to be attending (RSVP'd). Note that removing them from a role doesn't cancel the RSVP, they have to RSVP 'not attending', otherwise the system assumes they are still attending but not taking on the role.
It is quite easy to copy the printout (cancel the print first) into a word or spreadsheet document and edit out the extra columns.
Alternatively, you can run the Meeting Sign Up Sheet (forward planner) for just one meeting, but that doesn't show members with no roles. You might want to put that into the Improvement Suggestions forum.
