unable to log in

For months I have not been able to log in to my club's FTH webpage. When I type my name or email into the appropriate box, I don't get a dropdown menu from which to choose my name, even though the error insists I must choose from the list. I tried restarting, cleared cache and cookies, have cookies enabled for the site, and have tried several times over weeks and different devices. My machine runs Windows 10 and I use Firefox 103.0.2 as my primary web browser. It's not working in the Microsoft Edge browser, either. What can I do to fix it, or what can I do differently? I need to get in there, I have dues statements to get out.

Your club website has you listed as a Former Member, not a Member.   You should have your website administrator move you back to the Members list.

Your club site account is in the 'Former Members' list. Someone in your club, such as the site admin or VPM (or anyone with access to Membership Management') can move your account to the 'Members' list so you can log in.
