sorry you are wrong in so many ways.
1) your signature says one thing and the message another which club is it?
2) you need to be specific what member (first name at least)
3) you need to give us the EXACT error message they are receiving
4) the google captcha is only a warning it is only collecting date.

The club is Blue Moon Advanced Toastmasters
the number is 585095
Valda is locked out. She did not receive any error message but website did not accept password combo. It locked her out after a few tries.
I did not receive an error message but I checked on our website as site admin and found the error message about FreeToastHost may block suspicious activities in the near future. I wrongly(?) assumed that was what was happening.
Also google noted suspicious activity:

Google RECAPTCHA detected a suspicious activity likely initiated by a bot or automated script.
What does she need to do to be able to log in again.
Thank you for any help you can give

Google ReCAPTCA is just a warning at the moment... no additional action is being taken yet because we have not decided on the best course of action for those given the potential for false positives.

Valda's name is the first name on our website first page. Plus she is listed on our member list. Are you sure you have the correct number- 585095 in Greensboro NC?
on being locked out,,,,Would it be appropriate to have her start again with a new password?
