Our club secretary received the following email. Its not clear to us whether it is spam or valid. Many club members are mainland Chinese nationals, and our hosting company CABS is a mainland Chinese organization. We can't reply to the email with authority, so decided to pass it on to you. I can forward the email to you if you give me a destination address.

Subject: [BPTM] toastmastersclubs
Dear Manager,(Please forward this to your CEO, because this is urgent. Thanks!)
We are a Network Service Company which is the domain name registration center in Shanghai, China. On August 29, 2022, we received an application from Haote Holdings Ltd requested “toastmastersclubs” as their internet keyword and China (CN) domain names(  toastmastersclubs.cn/   toastmastersclubs.com.cn/   toastmastersclubs.net.cn/   toastmastersclubs.org.cn ). After checking it, we find this name conflict with your company name or trademark. In order to deal with this matter better, we send email to you and confirm whether or not your company have relations with this Chinese company?Kind regardsGavin
