Hi,
We have a member who has been receiving emails successfully for many years through FTH "members-1779@toastmastersclubs.org", but recently (last couple of weeks) it seems she is not receiving them for some reason. I have verified with her that her email remains the same, no security settings have changed on her end, and she has also added the email to her list of safe senders, yet it still rejects.
Message received is "(email address) appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.) *** Please check the email address to make sure it is not misspelled. ***If you believe this warning is incorrect, please visit
support.toastmastersclubs.org
and post a support request message.
What else do we do? It is strange that it has just started happening.
I also have someone (our VPPR) who said she is not receiving emails but I'm not getting a rejection message on her email address.
