Hi,
We have a member who has been receiving emails successfully for many years through FTH "members-1779@toastmastersclubs.org", but recently (last couple of weeks) it seems she is not receiving them for some reason. I have verified with her that her email remains the same, no security settings have changed on her end, and she has also added the email to her list of safe senders, yet it still rejects.
Message received is "(email address) appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.) *** Please check the email address to make sure it is not misspelled. ***If you believe this warning is incorrect, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message.
What else do we do? It is strange that it has just started happening.
I also have someone (our VPPR) who said she is not receiving emails but I'm not getting a rejection message on her email address.

The first name of a member with an email problem is sufficient information for us to investigate.
The FTH email logs are not showing any delivery failures to your VPPR. Please have her review this document for help;

The emails are going to your VPPR and being accepted by gmail

I have passed along the info. to our VPPR.
Regarding the member with the email bouncing back, her first name is Amy. We do have two by that first name in our club, however. The first three letters of her last name are Par.
