Embedding YouTube Video on site

Hi All, Steve, etc.,

I can't find the embed tool for the site admin.
I have searched my previous post but it doesn't point out where it is specifically. 
I can't find the frequent answers page and have looked!!
I want to embed a 30 second YouTube video that doesn't autoplay.

There is an icon to guide you in the editors...

The only thing not working is I have checked to NOT have other videos suggested at end when the 25 second video finishes playing but it doesn't work.
