1) What is your club number?

2) what is the date of the agenda you are referring to ?

3) did you read the documentation on Agenda meeting notes?

Yes, read the agenda documentation. Trying to remove meeting note from a former member and it will not allow me to access that person. He is not even in the Former Member group

Is this the meeting note for Sunil S.?

Your April 10th agenda shows Speaker 1 as a deleted member (another member noted about being Sunil's evaluator) which is why they are not in the former members group. It appears they are returning because they are currently in the members group with a strikeout indicating they have not yet acknowledged the Opt-In email.

However, I haven't yet found a way to fix that stray meeting note.

Associated member record was deleted.    I tweaked the code to filter out those notes records for deleted members.
