Two of our members are receiving these notifications. Perhaps they are clicking not accepting policy when entering our website

Is this wat is happening?
They are still listed in the membership managements file

Here is the auto reply message received by one of our members:

Hello,

A "Not a Member" link was clicked in an email to request that Brian Jones DTM PM5 EC3 EH5 VC1 be moved to Former Member status in the website for club 4875, Kings Langley Toastmasters 4875.

If you clicked that link, then please also click the following link to confirm that your status should really be changed to Former Member status in the website:
4875.toastmastersclubs.org/?action=NotAM...5&_=vL30&confirmed=Y

If you did not click that link, then please just ignore or delete this email. 
(You may also want to discuss disabling the "Not a Member" links with your club website admin or discourage your members from forwarding emails.)

Note that this only affects your status in the club 4875 website.  It does *not* affect your status with Toastmasters International--that is separate and different.
