Club Member Login

Member Brian Jones has been a TM Master Member since 1998. Up until a week ago, his profile keep moving to Non Member Status.
{Fourth Time now}
I have moved him back into Member File under Membership management 
Dont fully understand reason why this is still happening!
Please explain 
1. I will be inviting him to join me at a club to see how he is logging on. 
2. Also guide him to enter 4875.toastmastersclubs.org through a browser. Does not fully understand computer terminology fully, but learns by doing.



 
 

There used to be a link at the bottom of every email that said "Not a member" with a link.
The link moved you from member to Former Member.

We have changed the process but some people kept the old emails and used the link to access their club website.
