Membership management - club site vs TI

Does anyone know if our club website (FTH) membership management tool is linked in any way to TI membership data? We are seeing discrepancies between the two. For example, a member who did not renew by the last deadline of March 31 is still showing as a member on the TI site, but is correctly NOT showing on FTH as a "duespaid" status. Our new VP Membership and Treasurer are not sure what coordination is required for membership management between these two places.

FTH has NO access to any of the Toastmasters.org data.
The dues module is entirely controlled by the treasurer including marking people paid etc.
