Soon I'll be looking to join a TMC in Anchorage, and curious which AK Toastmaster clubs use FTH.

Try using TI Find a Club:  www.toastmasters.org/Find-a-Club , there aren't that many clubs in and around Anchorage.  
I'd suggest that you visit them rather than choose a club based on whether or not they use FreeToastHost

As you will see, the vast majority of clubs use FTH, so as Pam points out, your best bet is to just visit the clubs as Pam mentions.
