Zoom link -club 5664- agenda is replaced with a 'safelink' address not valid

Our last meeting this was flawless for members to login to our virtual link on our agendas.  The link (in agenda on FTH) has not changed,  It is being replaced by an nam05.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?...ttps%3A%2F%2Fzoom.us (..more stuff here.)... link that cannot be reached.

Prior to our last meeting (January 3rd, 2024) the link sent to members AND GUESTS could not be loaded.  We had to copy the text of the zoom link from the agenda email and paste that into our browser to get to the meeting on Zoom.

If you can, please turn OFF the advanced security features for Outlook for our site.

"From Microsoft: Microsoft's Safe Links security feature analyzes non-whitelisted links for known malicious sites. If a URL is identified as suspicious or malicious, the user might be blocked from opening the URL when they click it. Instead of going directly to the site, the user might see a warning page.
Scanned links are rewritten using the Microsoft standard URL prefix: nam01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com . "

Since we are a virtual only club, it is difficult for us to join our meetings AND to invite potential members and guests with a link that will not work.

The generated link is:  nam05.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?...2FglmM%3D&reserved=0

See screenshot of error after clicking on agenda zoom link:
