CANNOT LOGIN AS MYSELF: I've been an Administrator so long that I always login as Administrator now when creating new agendas. (Before becoming Admin, I used to login as a member (VPE) to create them too, or sign-up for a role.)
Today, I discovered that I can't log in as myself or reset my password because it doesn't recognize me, and none of the logins shown in the drop down I no longer use.
I'd like to login as either "Ralph Dellar, PM5 + EH2" (which is how I'd updated myself in the Membership Management Page) or using my new primary email address "desplainestoastmasters@yahoo.com" rather than my older primary "desplainestoastmasters@hotmail.com" which is still my primary on Toastmasters.org
When I tried to reset my password, I never found a reset message in either of my Des Plaines Hotmail or Yahoo accounts.
And my primary and secondary email address are the same on the Login screen are the same.
