Can't send to club's FTH email distribution lists

I am a long-time member/officer of several clubs and discovered a long time ago that I couldn't send emails to one of my club's FTH email distribution lists. (I don't have any problem sending agendas.) I get no notification that it does not go and only realize it when someone says they didn't get the email. 

When I realized yesterday it wasn't working for a second club, I decided to follow up. I am using Windows 11 with cookies enabled, and Microsoft Office 365.

Are you using the same email address as you are using for this support forum?

What is the error you are getting when you try and send an email to any of the lists?

I see lots of email going TO: your email address.

What email address are you sending TO:

I always use the same email address, which is the one associated with the login for each of my clubs (sherrie@arctic.net).

I don't get an error message. It looks like the email is sent; but then the members do not receive it.

The email addresses I try to send to are the ones for either the members or officers of my clubs including: 
members-3882@toastmastersclubs.org
members-3708@toastmastersclubs.org
officers-3882@toastmastersclubs.org
officers-3708@toastmastersclubs.org
members-6625225@toastmastersclubs.org
officers-6625225@toastmastersclubs.org

It also includes the individual officers emails.

FTH has no issue sending you emails.

Seems to be an issue wit emails you send. Can you find out the IP address you send emails from?
