We've been using mailerlite .com in compliance with email marketing to send the Zoom link reminder to our guests and members. There have been updated changes and we need the following updated to continue using the service. I'm not sure who to contact to get the below updated?

There is no need to go through this. FTH is not a bulk mailer.

Sorry Brian, looks like the images I pasted didn't copy.

Yes, we are aware that FTH is not a bulk mailer, that's why we are using mailerlite.com for this purpose. 

However in order to use our email address @toastmastersclubs.org there needed to be an update per the below link, and we aren't able to use @gmail.com for email addresses. It needs to be a domain, we just don't currently have the right permissions setup, and we are kindly asking if we can please have the domain authenticated.

Your request cannot be granted. If you use your own domain you can add those statements to your domain DNS.
