"Looks like a bug" redux

Six weeks ago I wrote to report that a member wasn't showing up in the list of members for the meeting we were trying to reconcile. I see another instance of that now. I will add the person to the list of people in attendance - I am just reporting it here to note that it is not a one-off, in case you want to look into it.

Added to the portal/opted in: on or about Feb 01
Shows up as an active member on the Membership Management console.
Attended our March 11 meeting, but is not available in the list of members.

Aside from this instance, let me know if I should report this if I see it again.

I don't see any issues with Bailey - the name shows on the agenda drop downs.
New members added to the FTH membership list after the date of a dated agenda won't show up on the dropdown for that agenda (or earlier agendas), but they can be manually added to the attendance register for that agenda.  After that they can be assigned to a role for that agenda.

I did manually add Bailey to our March 11 meeting... the name properly shows up for subsequent meeting.
In both instances I reported, the members were added before the date of the dated agenda.
Our club establishes agendas for the entire year - and I don't recall ever not seeing members automatically listed on the attendance. If I see this again, do you want me to note it here, or should I just manually add the name and move on? And if you DO want me to post it here, should I post it before manually adding the name? My aim is to be helpful if you think this might be something worth looking into.
