Meeting Attendance and meeting reconciliation

For some reason I'm not able to find where I go to correct the meeting attendance? Where do I reconcile a meeting?

With the agenda in edit mode (pencil icon):
Reconcile: check box at the bottom left of the Agenda Items tab (only shows on past agendas)
Attendance: choose the Attendance tab
