Website that shows in TM formated agenda

Where in the admin console can you change the website that shows in the agenda template.  I don't see under basic settings where websites show, nor in the agenda section

There's no setting for that. The website shown in the TM layout defaults to whichever one you logged into to print the agenda.

The default club number address, the club alias address or the custom domain address.

We have our website as 9213.toastmastersclubs.org and what prints on the agenda is niantictoastmasters.toastmastersclub.org .  FYI Looks like what you have in the alias is what it takes no matter what.

Yes, the alias is used if there is one.
