One of our members keep getting deleted and we cannot add him back in. I've verified he a member of TMI.

Please give us your club number so that we can check what is happening.

My suspicion is that the member has been moved to the Former Members tab in Membership Management. You can move him back to Members from there. Trying to add someone a second time won't work.
