Since Pam's instructions have been checked with no resolution, please do this next; double check that the email address for Gerald entered in Membership Management matches the email you are sending to him directly outside of FTH.

FTH email logs do not show any successful delivery attempts to the address listed in Membership Management for Gerald.

If a rep at TMI said FTH is linked them, they are wrong. FreeToastHost has no connection to TMI. There is no link/relationship between a member account at TMI and a club site account here at FTH.

We are happy to work through the troubleshooting steps with you to help get his FTH account activated.

Gerald is not a newly added person, he's been a member of toasthost for awhile. No one removed him and his email is correct. I already stated that he did, in fact, receive every request, which I sent out, for his approval to add him back to toasthost. He did, indeed, answer 'yes' to all the requests I sent him. I already verified his email address is correct; hence, he received all approval notifications. The fact that Gerald received every notification, means I did follow your instruction.

I had assumed he was a new member to your club.  Now that you have provided further information, I see his details have been deleted off your guest list.  Note that the email address on that entry has 2 letters transposed when compared to the new entry with strikethrough.  

To fix:
Go to Membership management and choose the guest tab - use the tool box drop down list to undelete him from the list.
That will cause his details to show on the members list again.
Next, select his entry (check box on left of list) and use the tool box drop down to move him to the members list.
If that email address is wrong, be aware that the system won't allow duplicate addresses.  Try deleting the strikethrough entries and then correct the entry from the guest list.

I see some other members have also been deleted.  It is best to move them to the Former Members list - that way their records will be preserved if they ever come back or need speech details...

Gerald just returned from a vacation. I followed your instructions, but he did not received any emails, including SPAM.
Are you able to log in and post him as a member?
