A member Yasmeen Jiwa yasmeen@febtro.com is unable to access the club website (#1084)

She does not receive the follow-up email after I have added her name to the club membership list although I do.

We have tried on multiple occasions without success.

Please advise how this can be rectified.

Have you requested that she OPT IN?  I just sent the opt-in e-mail to her through FTH.  It is recommended therein that "You should follow-up with the
people added to verify that they received the opt-in email."  I recommend phoning the person to accomplish that, but she is one of a handful of members for whom no telephone number is listed in the Members table.
 

Also check in memership management to see if there is a line through her name.
Then an automatic email is transmitted. She has the option of AGREE OR DISAGREE to her details on your website

She hasn't received the opt-in email because the IP address related to her email address is blocked by FTH due to spammer activity. Brian will need to review this.

your member should have received the opt-in email today.
