I was recently assigned as Club Coach for Tuesday Toasters, club #3004, website 3004.toastmastersclubs.org. They got their membership up to 9 on 9/30/24 and believed they had avoided suspension; however two of the new members had official start dates one day later, 10/1, so the club got suspended and did not know it. The officers were first informed only a few days ago, on 10/28/24. They are working hard to address the suspension, which is being made exceptionally difficult by an unexpected rule change that apparently occurred 10/16.
In the meantime, their FreeToastHost website has been disabled. I saw a response to someone else's forum post, where the responder said FTH disables websites of clubs that have been suspended for 6 months. Tuesday Toasters has not been suspended for six months; they have been suspended as of one month ago, and only learned of it four days ago. They depend on their website for meeting agendas, file access, and club communications. Losing the website is crippling. They NEED it to function optimally as a club while working to meet TI's requirements for reinstatement. (Again, they didn't even KNOW they were suspended until four days ago!) I am begging you, as a Club Coach who is striving mightily to save this club, please restore function of their website.
