Crowd sourcing any problems accessing a FTH web site through a VPN

Is anyone aware of any problems accessing a FTH site while using a VPN?  If so, do you have any best practices for accessing a FTH site through a VPN.  To be clear, I use a VPN and have not seen any issues testing multiple FTH sites.

FTH does not support VPN, most public VPN have been blocked because of hackers and spammers.
