I got this message failure when trying to send a note to the club - first I've heard of this problem. 
Fails on Officer list also.
Email from agenda went through, however .Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>:550: 5.7.1 <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>... Mail from 98.137.65.150 refused because IP is on SpamCop - see spamcop.net/bl.shtml

Reread the message, the IP being blocked is the sending address not FTH.
