Quick Role sign-up doesn't pop up roles

Hi - I was helping a new member sign up for roles and when she tried opening the Quick Role Sign-Up, she did not see the drop down for the roles. She can select the meeting and the attendance, but not the roles. I have full functionality for myself but she does not. Any hints or suggestions?

I just added myself as member FTH Support and can access the Quick Meeting Role Sign-Up, but it seems to drag a bit while fetching available roles.  On that topic, it looks like you folks went a bit crazy with the repeated roles feature (putting a role in asterisks).  There's a helpful note on the page linked below that reads:     If it's a role to which members can sign up, check the "This is a role for which members can sign up" button on the first occurrence only.It will still work if you have more than one occurrence defined as a sign-up role, but it may be confusing to members to see more than one "sign up" button.That said, the agenda seems to work correctly, and I just used Quick MRSU to take on the General Evaluator role with no problem, so perhaps, as Brian has requested, we need the name of the member experiencing difficulty to dive deeper.

I watched her the other day and saw that the roles did not show up for her.

It is something with her setup. Popup blocker, have her turn it off. Google how for her browser.
