Accessing FTH database for my club

Hi I am a Software developer

I would like to be able to fetch the upcoming agenda so that I can email club members to take action.

the problem is that all this is a manual process.  I have long in and click the email button and look at the agenda to see what’s missing and then write something.

instead id like to write a little script that scans the agenda and the filled roles and then auto generates a call to action to sign up then emails members that message.

So I would think accessing the database would make sense.  Is there anyway to do that?

for the moment I’ve set up a custom page on FTH where it contains the place holder for next toastmasters of the day, topics master of the day, grammarian of the day general evaluator of the day, and next meeting date and time.  There aren’t place holders for the other roles like speeches, or custom roles.  So that limits what I can do.

but if there were some way to access the database I could make a script that calls people to sign up for specifically for each the missing roles (and acknowledge the filled roles)

Hint use the sign up sheet and reports to pull your information.
