are generic club emails working?

Emails that I have sent this morning are not being received.
I even sent emails from the website "Club Email Addresses" (to myself as VPE) a few minutes ago and have not received them.

P.S.  An earlier email from 11:25am from email account just came through, but not the one mentioned above.  
Is it just slow?
