Error Message when logging into Free Toast Host

Hello! 
Members of Club CB-28677960 are receiving the error message below when they log into our FTH site 

***DATA TRANSFER ERROR** JavaScript Function=MemberLogin Member Data Fetch Status=error Error= Please notify us about this at   

Some of our members can bypass this error by selecting OK and they are fine, others select OK and the Meeting Agendas are blank, or others just cannot bypass the error at all.  Any assistance for this would be great appreciated.

Sorry for the missing detail, this is my 1st time using this site, please let me know if more detail is required.

These are the members of the club who are having the issues.  
Nicole Sampson-No issues accessing the site.
Denise Marquez-could not bypass the error this morning, but got through later in the day
Chang Shu-is experiencing the Meeting Agendas blank after bypassing the error message-still an issue

Their browser are using old cached copies of the site.
Have them click the reload link at the bottom of your site.
