member unable to access FTH agenda - dropdown issue

Member goes to our club FTH website 3163158.3dstoastmastersclubs.org
When he clicks Member Login, he enters his email and in other box, his password. Clicks enter.
The system rejects this. It states that he needs to select his credentials from a drop down list. There is no drop down list. His email is correctly entered and that is the email he uses for membership.
He cleared his password to try to reset that, left his email in the name field. He clicks Ok.
No difference. the system rejects his email address again telling him to select from the drop down list, which there is none.
He cannot access the members area of the website. He cannot access our Agendas etc.

Can you help us with this?
Is there something we have to do from our side?

After entering his email he has to hit enter.
