Email send error when emailing club distribution account

Pearland Toastmaster 7610
First occurred yesterday,2/5.
I use google email via the Outlook app on W11 o/s.  No browser

I sent a note to the club, it came back with no clear error.  I have checked for fat fingers and other user errors. 
The email will send successfully - it appears, to all folks on the distribution if I list them individually.

I do not see how to attach screenshots.

Which email address are you mailing To?
Which email account are you emailing From?
Did you have any CC or BCC?
I see no email from the email you accessed this forum from?

Right.  When I first set up my tm account years ago, it was under jenigerman@  
Then a couple years ago I set up a Toastmasterjeni@  So I send emails from there, and use that account as id for   Editing the profile does not let me edit the user name, jenigerman@
Can you help me change to toastmasterjeni@

What do you mean you can't edit your progile?
Are you logged in as the member Jeni German?
I  see that your profile is showing toastmasterjeni@gmail.com isn't that what you want?
I thinnk your browser is caching the page, try logging out, close the browser, and then open the browser, log in and check again.

Where do you see that?
I cannot edit the user name in my profile, it will not allow even when edit mode.  Which is not uncommon.  Should I create a new account under toastmasterjeni@gmail.com?
I have rebooted a couple times for other reasons.

Are you talking about the club website profile or the support site profile?

The suppport site you cannot change, we would have to delete the existing profile and you signup again,
