Change name of custom page

I am re-doing our web site. I wish to change the name of one of our custom pages. I do not see a way to do this, other than save the page content, delete the page, then re-create the page with the desired name. Is there a faster way?

Yes.
Within the Custom Web Pages edit page window, below the content box, is a box with your web page title and below that a box for Web Page Name. You can edit both of these boxes to your preferred name and title.
