Hello,

I have all the Club Officers tagged in Membership Management and sharing with you a screen shot of the same. I wanted to ask if these Club Officers log in to the website using their personal credentials, would they be able to access the relevant screens? For example, would Vice President Membership be able to access Membership Management using their credentials? Would Vice President Public Relations be able to make updates to the website such as on the Calendar page using their own credentials? Would the Secretary be able to upload meeting minutes to Member Downloads using their own credentials?

When are the admin log in credentials required for website updates? As admin credentials need to be kept secure and confidential, which Club Officers other than the admin themselves should have the access to these credentials.

My Club is Confidently Speaking Toastmasters and the Club number is 5456.
