New member opt-in email error ‘this site can’t be reached’

I’m with Cape Coral Toastmasters #9051. I have sent a new member an opt-in email twice. She says clicking the link results in a ‘this site can’t be reached’ error. Karen Howell

 Hi Kraig,I've tried accessing the opt in link mulitple times using Chrome and in an Incognito browser, but I get this message:This site can't be :

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Have your member turn off their VPN they are using and to provide their internet IP address

Thanks for the speedy help. They used their phone to approve the opt-in, so we’re good now.
