Email to club member not received

Help please. Member Lydia Crystal is reporting that she is not receiving some emails sent to the all members club email address. the following error message appears on the Admin Console:

There are other warning messages too. She is our Club Secretary and uses bellsouth.net as her email domain address. I can send email directly to her, Please advise how to fix.

The server is sending email to her bellsouth account and it is being accepted. Have her look in her spam box.
