Adding Guests and managing prospective members

Hi everyone,Firstly, thank you to everyone who has responded to my previous queries and helped me set up our club site. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find my earlier requests, so I wasn't able to reply and thank everyone individually for their support.I have a question about managing guests and prospective members.My understanding is that we can use the Managing Membership feature to move people between different groups (for example, Guest → Prospective Member → Member) so we can manage their journey through the club.From our freetoasthost, I understand that once a person is added to one of these lists, they receive an email inviting them to opt in to the club site: Non-Member Panels Documentation My questions are:a) Where can I find the email template that is sent to guests and prospective members? Can this email be customised to include a welcome message and information about joining the club? I have only been able to find the email index page for new members: New Member Welcome Documentation b) Is it possible to attach documents to these emails? Ideally, I would like to include our membership application form and information about membership fees, or inlcude a URL to the documentThank you for your help

If someone is added to one of your (non member) lists by way of clicking the "Check this box to be included in emails about future meetings & events." on the 'Contact Us' form, they have completed the opt-in.

Everyone that you enter into Membership Management manually, will automatically be sent the opt-in email (which is not customizable by clubs);

When someone completes the opt-in, you have the option of sending the New Member Welcome email automatically;

The new member welcome email would only be sent after someone joins the club. (Therefore, the application would not apply)

In any case, attachments are not possible through the FTH mailer. You would have to manage those type of pre-joining emails from your email account.

I think that we will look to manage guests outside of freehost for the moment. I think that the email for them to opt in when they have only attended the meeting as a guest may seem a bit too much some.
