Contact Us on site - disables email when phone number not included

Hello - I see where a response was made to this concern in Jul 2020 confirming you can not insist on having someone's phone number displayed without consent, however I see it is still an issue on two of my club websites. When I am listed among the members on the contact us option within FTH, it drops my name off of the main menu option when I remove my phone number or deselect to accept prospect phone calls (thus not displaying my name and personal phone number at all). How can I populate this to include the name and either FTH club officer email for each or just the name? - Thank you in advance - D Clay

Showing email addresses there is a very bad idea... you would just be inviting spam.

However, if you really insist on showing your name and email address there, you can just edit the intro text to add it.

Hi Steve - I agree having an email address (even vpm-club#@xxx) is not the best approach, which is why I asked: How can I populate this to include the name and either FTH club officer email for each or just the name? I have elected to deselect having my number displayed (which drops my name being displayed) and still receive the submissions as opposed to creating a customizable message. If I may, a fix would be the ability to show the name and club officer role (if applicable) and no phone number when you deselect the phone number option. Please understand I respect ALL that this is and what each of you contribute. Regards - D Clay
