Improvements to the Dues Management tool

The fact that the Dues Management tool labels each individual email with the member's name is very nice. It beats sending the dues letters addressed to "dear member".

In fact, ALL the features/functions of the Dues Management tool are very helpful/useful - except for the invoice and the PayPal button. We don't use those - but there is no option for NOT having them as part of the dues letter. So, they are just there, like a third eye.

It would be a nice upgrade to make both the invoice and the PayPal button optional via check boxes - or something similar.

I'm not sure about your PayPal comments - A PayPal button is an option you can add, but your club doesn't have it loaded. You do have reference to making PayPal payments in the customizable portion of your invoice body - you can edit that.

Hello Pam.
As you saw, we use the body of the dues letter to tell people how to send their PayPal money to us. The PayPal button has never been connected to our bank account so it was just a distraction.

I tried to remove the PayPal button but could not figure out how. Brian did that for us. I also asked that the invoice be removed. Brian said it could not be done. He suggested that I post a request here suggesting it as an upgrade.
