I noticed that when you click the pencil button on the agenda, click the drop down, to the left of the name, there is a Number between two square brackets. When you hover the mouse over it, it shows the meaning, which is the number of times that member as performed that role as well as the date they last did it.
I think this is fantastic data which can help us manage our members. However, this data is in a strange place. I think it would be better if this was available as a spreadsheet.
Rows would have member names, columns would have the role, while the cell themselves would contains the total number of times the member signed up for the role as well as the date they last did it.
The potential use for this would be helping the VPE choose people for roles, especially if it's a role they haven't done in a long time.
