Print Multiple Meeting Sign-up Sheet is a great way to look ahead and see all filled roles in a grid or list.

The web page grid (html) has a column heading that numbers each meeting sequentially (1-5) in each page; Meeting 1, Meeting 2, etc.

This column heading seems like an appropriate place to utilize the Calendar Label.

Going deeper; showing the calendar label on the list of meeting check boxes would aid in selecting & reviewing role sign-ups for specific types of meetings.

This could be handy for clubs taking advantage of Calendar Labels to organize multiple types of meetings.

Well, if we do that, we probably need to come up with a different name than "Calendar Label" for that use case since the sign-up is not really the calendar.   Maybe call it "Meeting Type" or "Meeting Category" in the printout for that use case...  I also thought of "Meeting Description", but can't use that term since it used for and refers to the description text at the top of agendas.

I do obsess a bit over terminology since we need to choose carefully so that we can communicate about the system clearly, concisely, and consistently (3C's of terminology??? ).  If we do not do that, it just leads to confusion and frustration.

@SteveTheTechie - I too would love this feature.  The calendar label is great.  I would also like to see this "label" on the Multiple Meeting Sign-up Sheet maybe vs the Meeting 1, Meeting 2, Meeting 3, etc and this would be really valuable to our members.  This way it could list things like Club Meeting, Officer Meeting, Speech Contest, Open House, etc on the Multiple Meeting sign up sheet.

It could simply be labeled meeting number and a drop-down box provided with numbers; so that you can select in the agenda format when you select the date you select the meeting number attached.  This would be the simplest form. Rather than having to manually add to the agenda each time.
