In meeting Agenda Settings admin function, Global Settings tab, we can specify who is notified when a member indicates they will be ATTENDING or NOT ATTENDING the meeting.
Our Club's VP-Membership would like to be notified of NOT-ATTENDING intentions in order to offer encouragement to club members who might need a boost.
This option is not offered. In the pick-list for notification I could select from meeting Toastmaster, club President, Club Secretary, Club VP-Education and some other choices. But it is not possible to select VP-Membership. It's not in the list.
Could you add that possibility so that I can sign-up our VP-Membership to receive the notifications she needs?
