Sign Up - HTML - Header

Club 7195

I have searched to no avail for a way to customize the header on the sign up sheet when generating HTML to print. Is there any option (or option planned) to do this?! Currently, the header is <Club Name> next line, "Sign Up"

You can download the signup sheet as an EXCEL form and change the header to what ever you need.
My clubs do that to indicate special events, guest speakers and workshops.  Super simple.
