I'm having the same issues as Maxine. i have been able to sign in as Site Admin, until now. However I was using the code that the former VP of Ed had sent me.
Now it keeps saying The club number or password is incorrect....
I don't know if I'm listed as the site admin or if it's the former VP of Ed. (Michael Warner) How can I tell?
The email on the Toastmasters International site for the contact at our club is the club Secretary/Treasure - Tom Coscia.
I'm Jerry Chapman tm.jerry@earthlink.net VP of Ed, club # 4938.

Jerry,

Please do not post on another users thread. It makes them also get all of the replies directed towards you.

If you log in as a member, the click on Club Email Addresses, the person who is registered as the site admin shows up at the bottom of that pop-up (scroll down).

There are two links in the Admin Login (at the bottom). If you have just forgotten your password *and* you are the registered site admin, then click the forgotten password link--a link will be emailed to your email address on file as the registered site admin.

If you are *not* the registered site admin, then click the other link in the Admin Login to change administrators. You will be directed to a form to make that change. Make sure that the person listed as a club contact on the TM Find a Club is correct. They are used as a backup approver to approve the change.
