How do I add two items to our club's web site?

I want to do 2 things that I don't yet know how to do:
1. Add our club's newsletter to our club's FTH web site
2. Add two pictures and accompanying text for each picture to our club's web site.

Also, is there FTH 2.0 user guide that I can download and save as a pdf or MS Word document?
