I was able to add a Claire record, change the email and name in separate passes or you will delete the new Claire.

Hmmm, now i'm getting the delete error.

Is there a problem with names that have apostophes in them? Her last name is Irish....

You get the delete error if you change the name and email at the same time.

still struggling.

I'm trying to remove the \ in her name, save, close out, then go back in and then put in her email...but I can't seem to even remain the \....
