Replacing the entire banner on the top of the home page

We'd like to have a banner that includes our club logo as well as our own graphic text and the toastmasters international logo.
See the attached file for what we want.
Can this be done?

The banners we provide are the ones approved by Toastmasters International according to the brand standards.

To add to what Roger is saying you could always insert your banner as an image at the top of your home page content. Would still have the TM branded banner at the top, but at least you could get yours put somewhere on the home page.
