Administrative Rights For Members- Club 7478

I'd like to add a PAGE for member collaboration, i.e comments, suggestions, etc.

How can I accomplish this without giving members FULL administrative rights.

Can members be given LIMITED administrative rights, i.e just to the page they need to use? If not, can you help by providing a step by step work around.

We do not have a system for a page for member communication and collaboration.

You would need to use something like Google Docs.

Facebook pages with closed groups are great for what you want to do.
