Two issues:

1) I do not remember remember my password/authentication code, and
2) The email address recorded is no longer available to me. (Hence, cannot retrieve a login/authentication code).

How and can I fix this?

Thanks

You can apply for a change of administrator. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...ator-has-disappeared

The change of admin email goes to the existing admin (no use in this case) and the official contact as shown on the TI find-a-club listing.

Therefor, make sure that your official contact address at TI is up to date.

Then make sure that the contact person knows that an email is coming, and to click on the "approve" link.

Jane

Thank you for your quick response. Making sure I understand....even though I am a member versus an administrator, I should follow these steps?

What I am reading is that the "official contact person" will receive an email from toastmasters which they need to approve? Am I on the right track?

Thanks!

I had assumed that you were an administrator.

Just goes to show one shouldn't make assumptions.

You can get your administrator to change your member email for you. Then you can do a "forgot password" request in the usual way.
