Some of the club members at 1093078 have difficulty to send e-mails by using the ML, members-1093078@toastmastersclubs.org. Is this another influence of the Spam cop?

Someone from that IP range tried to hack into the server and the IP range was blocked. I have removed the block but it can occur again if the hacker tries again.

I've asked people who encountered this problem to use a different SMTP server such as Gmail.
